I’m extremely happy to have found this office. The staff is wonderful. From the moment you step in you feel the awesome vibe here. I started by bringing my daughter to their kids side, it’s awesome for the whole family to be able to come to the same practice. The dentist office my daughter used to go to dropped her because she turned 12, and left me hanging not knowing where to go. I called several offices, some never answered or called back 3 days later. When I called Shadow mountain smiles, the call was answered promptly and I was able to get my daughter in asap as she was in pain. She felt comfortable and loved the dentist there. She was so nice and has a great way with the kids. Because of such great experience, I decided to come here myself. I was able to get an appointment right away. I had to get 2 crowns replaced and they were ready in 2 days, I was honestly expecting at least a week. My crowns looks perfect. They exceded my expectations. Dr. Richardson was friendly and has great bedside manner. And again, the staff is wonderful, the office manager made the whole processes with insurance easy. I really didn’t think I would ever say I had a wonderful experience at a dentists office, but here I am. lol

Check in was very smooth. My insurance covers fluoride application once a year, but the receptionist told me it’d be free (I had one in January this year so if I wanted a 2nd application, she told me it’d be $46 out of pocket) if I wrote a review, so, here I am! Dr, Jordan Richardson did a quick examination on my teeth and he was very friendly. My dental hygienist, Heidi Clay, was excellent. She was very patient, thoughtful and extremely thorough when cleaning my teeth. I scheduled my next appointment with her already!

Love Cindy!! She was super good, I came in for a whitening and she listened to my concerns about the whitening and the process was not at all painful. The lady’s at the front were super sweet and nice to me. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. This is a forever dentist office!
